Life Time Work Middletown – Red Bank
The Life Time Work Middletown – Red Bank is situated within the One River Centre office campus. Occupying 45,000 square feet at 331 Newman Springs Road, this coworking space represents the company’s second venture in the state.
Designed with open floor plans, lounge areas, and options for open or dedicated desks and offices for individuals or companies, this facility offers a versatile workspace. Members can also enjoy outdoor amenities such as a gathering space and scenic walks along the Navesink River.
Life Time made its debut in the New Jersey market back in 2008 and has since expanded its presence, introducing innovative concepts such as the adjacent club in Bridgewater. The recent opening underscores the brand’s commitment to providing a diverse range of health and lifestyle services to Monmouth County residents, catering to the evolving needs of modern workers in redeveloped office park settings.
Spanning three stories, the Life Time establishment in Monmouth County showcases upscale architecture, design, and a comprehensive range of programs and services. The property boasts a 50,000-square-foot outdoor pool deck, enhancing the members’ experience.
