Taking care of others has always been Samantha Hainer’s mission. As a registered nurse, Aging Life Care Professional™, and mother of three, Hainer embodies her compassion through her role as the founder of Moledro Health Concierge, a personalized care business based in Doylestown. The core focus of Moledro Health Concierge is to offer a wide range of healthcare and daily living services tailored to elderly individuals and their families.
With firsthand experience navigating the complexities of the healthcare system and a nursing background, Hainer established her company to bridge the significant gaps in healthcare services, providing practical assistance for the challenges associated with aging. The services offered by Moledro Health Concierge are meticulously designed to address the mental, emotional, and physical needs of each client.
“We step in where conventional healthcare services conclude. Our objective is to collaborate with clients and their families to enhance existing services, healthcare connections, and relationships,” explained Hainer. Describing herself as a “connector, communicator, and advocate,” Hainer works closely with families to identify issues and offer tailored solutions based on the unique requirements of each client. Whether it involves creating a detailed action plan with timelines and milestones or actively managing the entire process to alleviate stress and simplify the experience, Hainer is dedicated to providing adaptable support that caters to individual circumstances, ensuring a seamless and responsive approach to care.
In preparation for the launch of her business in 2022, Hainer, with over a decade of experience in healthcare encompassing pharmaceutical sales, nursing, and care management, sought advice from SCORE Bucks County mentor Ray Valukonis. Valukonis outlined a strategic path forward akin to how Hainer formulates care plans for her clients.
“Ray has been a reliable, insightful, and supportive presence in my corner,” she expressed. “Having an experienced ally by your side who offers impartial perspectives is invaluable.”
SCORE mentors offer complimentary mentoring services throughout the business lifecycle. Collaboratively, Valukonis and Hainer are crafting a comprehensive business plan. Moreover, Valukonis has provided counsel on structuring costs and shared expertise on determining the optimal number of clients Hainer can effectively manage.
Although Hainer’s business primarily caters to the elderly population in Bucks and Montgomery counties, it is often the adult children of aging parents who seek assistance. Common services include medication management, companion care, geriatric assessments, retirement planning, and aiding seniors in transitioning to new living arrangements.
“I bring awareness, empathy, and a holistic viewpoint. I devote my complete attention to you,” she affirmed. “My objective is for every interaction to leave you feeling understood. I strive to offer practical steps that alleviate stress, offer clarity, and ultimately propel you forward.”
When devising a plan, Hainer takes into account the emotional aspect alongside healthcare requirements and home safety.
“The aim is to cultivate a lasting partnership,” she emphasized. “It is tailored to meet the evolving needs of the client in each phase of their life.”
Hainer aims to assist families in defining their objectives.
“I handle all the tasks that traditional home care services are unable to address,” she highlighted.
