Rocket Mortgage Sparks Fan Inspiration and Fulfillment at Detroit’s NFL Draft

Rocket Mortgage, the official mortgage partner of the 2024 NFL Draft and a supporter of individuals aspiring to own homes, has introduced the ‘Dreammate’ campaign. This multi-media initiative, designed to celebrate the NFL Draft, aims to inspire those dedicated to pursuing their dreams. The campaign recognizes the significant role of mentors, confidants, and motivators in transforming aspirations into reality, highlighting the importance of a strong support system in achieving success, whether in homeownership, entrepreneurship, or a career in the NFL.

By using the hashtag #RocketDreammate on TikTok or Instagram leading up to the conclusion of the 2024 NFL Draft on April 27th, Rocket Mortgage will donate \(10 to Habitat for Humanity for each mention, up to \)250,000. This contribution will contribute to fulfilling the dream of homeownership for deserving individuals across the nation.

Every dream has a ‘Dreammate’ behind it, enabling its realization. To inspire those dreaming of homeownership, Rocket Mortgage has collaborated with celebrity ‘Dreammate’ teams, consisting of athletes and influential sports personalities with inspiring stories of achieving their dreams, such as:

  • Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, whose brother Taulia has been instrumental in his success and is now entering the 2024 NFL Draft.
  • Sports broadcasters Joy Taylor and Taylor Rooks, who teamed up to launch the ‘Two Personal’ podcast, supporting each other as ‘Dreammates’ in their respective pursuits.
  • Aidan Hutchinson, a defensive end for the Detroit Lions, along with his supportive sisters and mother, who have been crucial in his success on and off the football field.

NFL Pro Bowl Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa shared, “My dreams have become a reality thanks to the unwavering support of my ‘Dreammate’ – my little brother Taulia. His encouragement fueled my passion. I aspire to provide the same inspiration to him as he embarks on his football career.”

During the 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit, Rocket Mortgage will showcase an interactive house as part of the NFL Draft Experience, offering visitors the opportunity to engage with art installations, view sports memorabilia, and participate in Instagrammable activities alongside their ‘Dreammate.’
