Rewrite of the Evening’s Fashion Highlights
The 53rd annual event, which took place in Halifax tonight, was hosted by the talented singer-songwriter Nelly Furtado. 4Korners
The Toronto-based DJ and producer, 4Korners, turned heads with his outfit, pairing a black button-up shirt from Rick Owens with wide-leg track pants in a dove print by Montreal’s 3.Paradis. His standout accessory was an oversized Vitaly chain necklace that added a bold element to his look.
Rêve
Rêve, a Montreal-based singer-songwriter and nominee for Pop Album of The Year, looked radiant in a custom off-the-shoulder gown designed by stylist Amber Watkins and created by Matthew Jewson. Her ensemble was complemented by a clear, sphere-like clutch, Biko jewelry, and elegantly styled hair and makeup.
Nelly Furtado
As the host of the Junos, Nelly Furtado exuded glamour on the red carpet with her wavy locks and sculptural cat-eye makeup. Styled by Marc Andrew Smith, she wore a burgundy sequin gown by Galvan London with spaghetti straps and a side slit, paired with jewelry from the Canadian brand Birks.
Katie Tupper
