The U.S. soybean sector, valued at $124 billion, plays a crucial role in the national economy while positioning itself as a global leader in sustainable agricultural practices. This sector has shown exponential growth, leaping from less than 50 million tons in 1970 to over 350 million tons by 2020, demonstrating not only enhanced production capabilities but also significant improvements in environmental management practices. The United States, as a top producer and the second-largest exporter of soybeans, continues to refine its agricultural practices, increasingly integrating technologies that minimize environmental impact.
